Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship across Canada and the United States. We are working towards expanding to additional regions soon.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Canada

- Express Delivery: 1–3 business days
United States
- Standard Delivery: 5–8 business days
- Express Delivery: 2–4 business days
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer complimentary standard shipping on:
- Orders over $75 within Canada
- Orders over $120 USD within the United States
Are duties and taxes included?
For orders shipped outside Canada, duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we offer exchanges subject to availability.
Who covers return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Are your bags handmade?
Each Zooné piece features intricate hand embroidery developed using traditional techniques. Every piece is shaped with care, making each one unique.
Will my piece look exactly the same as the photos?
Due to the handcrafted nature of our designs, slight variations in embroidery, texture, and colour may occur. Differences in lighting and screen settings may also affect how colours appear.
These variations are part of the character of each piece, making every Zooné design uniquely its own.
How should I care for my bag?
We recommend gentle handling and avoiding exposure to moisture or harsh conditions. Store your piece in a dry place when not in use.
