We want you to feel confident in your Zooné purchase.

If for any reason your piece is not quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned in their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value, subject to availability.

Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us and we will guide you through the process.

Process

To request a return or exchange, please email us at support@zoone.ca. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item. All returns must be shipped within the 10-day return window.

Condition

Each Zooné piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. Returned items that do not meet our conditions may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Final Notes

Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, slight variations may occur — these are part of the uniqueness of each design and not considered defects.
